Withdrawal Policy
How creator payouts are processed.
1. Minimum Payout
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Below this threshold, funds remain in the wallet and continue to earn.
2. Processing Time
Payout requests are reviewed within 24 business hours. After approval, funds arrive in the creator's verified UPI/bank account within 1-3 business days.
3. Payout Modes
UPI (instant, preferred), IMPS, NEFT, RTGS. Selection depends on amount and bank support.
4. Payout Fees & GST
Each payout is subject to: (a) Withdrawal Fee 2.50% + GST 18% on the withdrawal fee, and (b) Platform Fee ₹25 (flat) + GST 18% on the platform fee. All deductions are shown transparently before you confirm the withdrawal, along with the estimated net payable amount.
5. GST Invoice
A GST-compliant invoice is generated for every payout and can be downloaded as PDF from the transaction history.
6. Rejected Payouts
If a payout is rejected (wrong details, bank issue, or compliance flag), the reserved amount is refunded to your wallet in full.
7. Freezing
Wallets under investigation for fraud, chargeback, or AML flags may be temporarily frozen until resolution.
