Payout Policy
Deductions and processing rules for creator payouts.
1. Eligibility
Payouts are available only to KYC-verified creators with a verified UPI/bank account.
2. Deductions on Each Payout
For each payout the following are deducted: • Withdrawal Fee: 2.50% of the requested amount • GST on Withdrawal Fee: 18% • Platform Fee: ₹25 (flat) • GST on Platform Fee: 18% Example on ₹1,000 payout: withdrawal fee ₹25 + GST ₹4.50 + platform fee ₹25 + GST ₹4.50 = ₹59 total deductions; net payable ₹941.
3. Preview Before Confirmation
You will see the complete fee breakdown and the estimated net payable amount BEFORE you confirm the withdrawal.
4. Processing
Payouts are processed after admin approval, typically within 24 business hours. Funds land in the verified account within 1-3 business days depending on the bank.
5. Invoice
A GST-compliant PDF invoice is generated for every payout and available in the wallet history.
