Refund & Cancellation Policy
When and how you can request a refund.
1. Nature of Payments
Payments made on FanzPay — whether wallet top-ups, gifts to creators, or subscriptions — are voluntary support to creators. As a general rule, all payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
2. Wallet Top-up Refunds
If a wallet top-up fails but the amount is debited from your bank, it is automatically reversed within 5-7 business days by the payment gateway. If not reversed, write to us within 15 days at rebelgroupoffical@gmail.com with the transaction ID. GST paid on the failed top-up is refunded along with the base amount.
3. Duplicate Payments
In case of a duplicate/erroneous payment due to a technical glitch, please raise a ticket within 7 days with proof; we will refund the extra amount (base + GST) after verification.
4. Gift & Subscription Refunds
Gifts and subscription payments to creators are non-refundable once credited to the creator's wallet, unless the creator explicitly consents to the refund. Note: gifts are paid from your pre-paid wallet balance, so no additional GST applies at the time of gifting.
5. Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no pro-rata refund is provided.
6. Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account suspension and legal action.
7. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are credited back to the original source within 5-10 business days.
