The rules that govern your use of FanzPay.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FanzPay (operated by REBEL GROUP, platform: FanzPay — https://fanzpay.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use FanzPay. Users below 18 are strictly prohibited.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is deemed to be by you. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Creator Payments & Fan Support
Fans may support creators through UPI, wallet balance, gifts, and memberships. All transactions are processed by licensed payment aggregators (Razorpay/PhonePe PG/Cashfree/PayU). FanzPay is a technology platform and not a payment institution itself.
5. Platform Fees & Taxes
FanzPay charges the following: • GST @ 18% ONLY on wallet top-ups (shown separately on the invoice). • Platform commission of 7% on each gift received (plus 18% GST on the commission). • Payout deductions: 2.50% withdrawal fee + 18% GST on that fee, PLUS ₹25 flat platform fee + 18% GST on that fee. All amounts are auto-calculated and disclosed transparently before payment/withdrawal. GSTIN: 23CPGPD6839F1Z0. Automatic GST-compliant PDF invoices are generated for every eligible transaction.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their content but grant FanzPay a limited licence to host, display and distribute the content on the platform. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in fraud, money laundering, harassment, hate speech, adult content that violates Indian law, impersonation, or any activity that harms other users or the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these terms. Upon termination, any pending wallet balance is settled per our Withdrawal Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanzPay and Rebel Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
