1. GST on Wallet Top-Up

GST @ 18% is charged ONLY when a user adds money to their FanzPay wallet. Example: Top-up ₹1,000 → GST ₹180 → Total Payable ₹1,180 → Wallet Balance Credited ₹1,000. GST is shown separately on the tax invoice.

2. GST on Wallet Usage (Gifts & Payments)

Sending gifts or making payments from your wallet balance does NOT attract additional GST. The wallet balance is a prepaid balance on which GST was already charged at the time of top-up. Every wallet-spend transaction shows 'GST Already Paid at Wallet Top-Up' in its details.

3. GST on Platform Commission (Gifts)

For each gift received by a creator, FanzPay charges a 7% platform commission. GST @ 18% is applied on the commission amount only, not on the whole gift value. Example: Gift ₹1,000 → Commission ₹70 → GST on commission ₹12.60 → Creator receives ₹917.40.

4. GST on Creator Payouts

When a creator requests a payout, the following are deducted with applicable GST: (a) Withdrawal Fee 2.50% + GST 18% on withdrawal fee, (b) Platform Fee ₹25 (flat) + GST 18% on platform fee. Example on ₹1,000 payout: withdrawal fee ₹25 + GST ₹4.50 + platform fee ₹25 + GST ₹4.50 = ₹59 deducted; net payable ₹941.

5. Automatic Tax Invoices

GST-compliant tax invoices are generated automatically for every eligible transaction (top-up, gift, payout) and are downloadable as PDF from the wallet transaction history.

6. Input Tax Credit

Business users may claim ITC by providing their own GSTIN during account setup or before checkout.

7. Cross-border Payments

Not currently supported. FanzPay serves creators and fans within India only.
