We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, UPI ID, KYC documents, profile media), transactional data (top-ups, gifts, subscriptions, payouts), and usage data (IP address, device, browser, activity logs).

To provide and improve the platform, process payments, generate GST invoices, prevent fraud, personalise content, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations under Indian law (PMLA, RBI, GST).
3. Sharing of Data
We share data with licensed payment aggregators (Razorpay etc.), cloud infrastructure providers, statutory authorities on legal demand, and internal teams strictly on a need-to-know basis. We do NOT sell your personal data.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, access controls, and audit logging. However, no method is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by applicable laws (typically up to 8 years for financial records per Indian tax law).
6. Your Rights
You may access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data by emailing rebelgroupoffical@gmail.com. Certain data required by law cannot be deleted before its statutory retention period.
