Creator Agreement
Terms specific to creators earning on FanzPay.
1. Creator Status
By enabling creator features on your account, you agree to receive fan support via FanzPay under this agreement, in addition to the standard Terms & Conditions.
2. KYC Verification
Creators must complete KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, bank/UPI proof) before receiving payouts. Verification is mandatory as per RBI guidelines and PMLA.
3. Payouts
Payouts are made to the verified UPI ID or bank account only. Turnaround is 24-72 business hours after approval, subject to bank processing times.
4. Platform Commission on Gifts
For each gift received on FanzPay, a 7% platform commission is deducted, plus 18% GST on the commission amount. Example: on a ₹1,000 gift, ₹70 commission + ₹12.60 GST = ₹82.60 platform fee; creator wallet is credited ₹917.40.
5. Payout Deductions
Payouts to creators are subject to (a) Withdrawal Fee 2.50% + 18% GST on it, and (b) Platform Fee ₹25 (flat) + 18% GST on it. All deductions and the net payable are shown before you confirm the payout.
6. TDS
Where applicable, TDS is deducted under Section 194-O or other applicable sections of the Income Tax Act. Creators are responsible for reporting their income.
7. Prohibited Content
Creators must not distribute obscene material as defined under IT Act 2000 §67/67A/67B, violate copyright, promote gambling/harmful substances, or run any deceptive fundraising scheme.
8. Refund Reversals
If a fan payment is refunded/reversed by the gateway or bank, the corresponding amount is deducted from the creator's wallet.
9. Exclusivity
This is a non-exclusive arrangement. Creators may use other platforms simultaneously.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days' notice. Pending payouts are settled after clearance of any dues.
